About the Community Hub – Community Hall & Event Space in Ashford
Welcome to our Community Hub. We offer a warm, welcoming community hall for hire in Ashford, perfect for gatherings, workshops, meetings and birthday parties. Whether you’re hosting a coffee morning, an arts and crafts workshop, a training session, or a celebration, this is space is perfect for those activities.
Why you’ll love hiring the Hub:
Capacity: Licensed for up to 32 people, making it ideal for small to medium-sized events.
Flexible Hours: Available 7 days a week, from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, with earlier starts from 6:00 am on request.
Private Entrance: Direct access to the community hub without going through the café.
Catering Available: Our café can provide freshly prepared food and drinks. Out-of-hours catering just needs to be booked in advance.
Free Parking: Convenient on-site parking for you and your guests, is available in the car park that is next to the café.
Accessible for All: Fully accessible toilet facilities with baby changing.
Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected to the internet during your booking.
House Rules: For everyone’s safety, bouncy castles aren’t allowed.

Give yourself plenty of time. Be sure to book enough time at the start to set up and at the end to tidy up, so you’re not rushed.
Booking & payment. Please send us your completed booking form and full payment at least 7 days before your event so we can get everything ready for you.
