Terms and Conditions:
Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the session. A member of the Harper’s Café team will be available to assist with any questions.
Use of Materials: We kindly request that parents and carers monitor their child’s use of materials to ensure there is enough for all participants. Harper’s Café reserves the right to ask any participants who are not being considerate of supplies to leave the session. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Clothing: The session involves materials such as scissors, glue, pens, and paint. Please dress appropriately, as Harper’s Café cannot take responsibility for any damage to clothing during the activities.
Booking and Entry: Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and must be pre-booked and prepaid. Only children with confirmed bookings may enter the community hub to participate.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued due to the pre-purchase of items for the session. However, if you are unable to attend, we would be happy to prepare a craft takeaway bag for collection. Please contact Harper’s Café via our Contact Us page to arrange this.
Health and Safety: If you or your child have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us using the additional information box when purchasing your ticket.
Liability: Harper’s Café will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by participating in the arts and crafts session, you acknowledge that Harper’s Café shall not be held liable for any accidental injuries, damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event. Participants and their supervising adults accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.
