Terms and Conditions:
Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the session. A member of the Harper’s Café team will be available to assist with any questions.
Clothing: The park could be wet and muddy. Please dress appropriately, as Harper’s Café cannot take responsibility for any damage to clothing during the activities.
Booking and Entry: Each session is ÂŁ3 to be paid in advance or in the cafe on the day. Please show proof of payment on arrival if you have booked online.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued due to the pre-purchase of items for the session.
Liability: Harper’s Café will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by participating in the adventure trail, you acknowledge that Harper’s Café shall not be held liable for any accidental injuries, damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event. Participants and their supervising adults accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.
