Terms and Conditions:

Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. A member of the Harper’s Café team will be available to assist with any questions.
Booking and Entry: If you have pre-booked, please show confirmation on arrival.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued due to the pre-purchase of items for the session. However, if you are unable to attend, we would be happy to prepare a craft takeaway bag for collection. Please contact Harper’s Café via our Contact Us page to arrange this.
Health and Safety: If you or your child have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us using the additional information box when purchasing your ticket.
Liability: Harper’s Café will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by participating in the arts and crafts session, you acknowledge that Harper’s Café shall not be held liable for any accidental injuries, damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event. Participants and their supervising adults accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.
